Lately
Alright, so i haven’t been on here for a while and I apologize! But this is whats going on. So after eating healthy an losing quite a bit of weight and toning! I have gotten really good at eating healthy, and not over eating. So I don’t feel the need to calorie count anymore, which is a great thing!!! My advice is, when your first starting out, and getting used to counting, then recording all that you eat is sooo helpful. I am still working out every single day, maybe 1 or 2 days off depending on the day. But I am going to cuba in 2 weeks! And I finally feel confident enough too :)! SO if I can do it, you DEFINITELY can do it. Good luck and keep it up!
